Intellectual Property

- All code, designs, and materials developed by awitix remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.
- awitix reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be defined in project proposals.
- Late payments may incur a service charge or suspension of work.
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
Limitation of Liability
awitix shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services if:
- There is a breach of these Terms
- Payments are delayed beyond agreed terms
- Misuse or illegal use of our services is detected
In such cases, any unpaid work completed will be billed to the client.
Third-Party Services
We may use or integrate third-party tools, APIs, or plugins. awitix is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of such third-party services. Clients are subject to the terms of those respective providers.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. For international clients, applicable local consumer protection laws will also apply.
Changes to Terms
awitix reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
